| Walla Walla Community College is an open-door, higher educational institution. It accepts all qualified individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or are graduates of accredited high schools, or have an equivalent certification, e.g., the General Educational Development Certificate (GED). Applicants who are not 18 at the time of application and are not high school graduates must file a “Request for Admissions Exception” form through the Student Development Center . In Walla Walla call 509.527.4262, or Clarkston (509)758-1772 for more information. Underage students will be admitted only if they can demonstrate they are competent to benefit, are enrolled in programs designed for their age group, or receive permission to enroll in classes. The Office of Admissions and Records (OAR) exists to facilitate the accessible, appropriate entrance of students to Walla Walla Community College, and to accurately maintain the academic records of these students. The OAR strives to offer support and information, in a timely fashion, to prospective, current, and former students, and the general public, as well as WWCC staff.
